CEP’s Research Associate, Emily Yeh, authored our quarterly update on school choice for the National Catholic Educational Association’s Summer 2018 edition of Momentum.

Emily explains the history and impact of scholarship tax credit (STC) programs, stating, “The STC is a form of school choice that was initially designed to avoid state prohibitions on funding religious schools, but studies showing that an STC saves state governments money could lead to their expansion across the country.”
